Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, a consumer being any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last of the goods ordered.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Manincor GmbH, St. Josef am See 4, 39052 Caldaro / Italy, tel. +39 0471 960230, e-mail: INFO@MANINCOR.COM) by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. by e-mail or letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notice of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional costs that may result should you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw. For the refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. On no account will you be charged any refund fees. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the returns or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you give notice of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be considered to have been met if you send the goods prior to expiry of the fourteen day period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you.

You will only have to pay for any loss in the value of the goods if it was caused by your handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties or functioning.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

1) Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods. Please return the goods including all accessories in their original packaging and include all parts of the original packaging. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging for the returns to ensure adequate protection against damage in shipment.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight forward.
3) Please note that the above items 1) and 2) are not a precondition for the effective exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract.
