Countess Sophie: “A sweet recipe has long been overdue! This two-minute mousse enjoys cult status with us: All the ingredients are almost always in the house, and it is so quickly made. Only the chilling takes a little patience. This makes it all the more delicious when we get to enjoy this light and fluffy yet aromatic dessert. And the crowning glory: a glass of our Le Petit.”

Enjoy!
