Pumpkin spaetzle

The perfect winter treat!

Ingredients for 4 portions:

2 eggs /// 100 g spelt flous /// 100 g wheat flour /// 100 g finely grated pumpkin /// 50 ml milk /// salt and nutmeg


• Whisk the eggs and milk togehter.
• Mix in the pumpkin, flour and spices.
• Ad 1 tablespoon of water unteil the dough is really wet for the spaetzle slicer.
• Cook the spaetzle in boililng water until they float to the surface. \\\
